Most of the time it’s the small acts of kindness that make such a difference to people. I have had many people say that when they received an AOK feather card it was just what they needed. Some have even slept with the card under their pillow for comfort.

I personally love the work and words of Mother Theresa. One of my favorite quotes:- “There should be less talk; a preaching point is not a meeting point. What do you do then? Take a broom and clean someones house. That says enough! (Mother Theresa 1910-1997).
It really is easy to make a difference in this world; just smile at everyone you meet, you could just make their day.
Last night I received a beautiful text message on my phone from a friend, it made my day so I thought I would share with you, it read:-
“I sent an Angel to watch over you last night, but it came back. I asked “why?” ……The Angel said: “Angels don’t watch over Angels!” Twenty Angels are in the world. Ten are sleeping, nine of them are playing, one is reading this message….. So if you read this even though it is not in text form, know that you are an Angel xxx
